Refund policy

We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Your return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unopened, unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. The cost of the return label will always be deducted from the refund amount.

⚠️ Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away at info@vitalvolumestore.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because we currently sell only Chebe Powder and a Heat Cap, returns are limited to the following conditions:

  • Chebe Powder: cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons. Only unopened, sealed packages are eligible for return.
  • Heat Cap: must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items bought on sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

  • Chebe Powder must be unopened and sealed.
  • Heat Cap must be unused and in its original packaging.
    Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
